Anti-Discrimination PSAs

Where does it start? Discrimination. At the dinner table? On the playground? Where are those attitudes and words learned? Underneath it all do we have a mean streak that needs to poke fun at others, pick on them till they cry, run, leave? Is it human nature to need someone to feel superior to? Is that what's at the source of jokes, teasing, hateful slurs, misunderstandings? Pick a group-gender, ethnic, religious, sexual, nationality, racial, age, weight, height, political affiliations and there's someone with a rant against it or a snicker, sneer, pejorative.

Fortunately, on the other side there's good. Fortunately there are lots of groups, coalitions and individuals who are working to promote understanding and enlightenment, patience, information and a more inclusive point-of-view Can't we all just get along? Maybe we can. Take a look.
